App Privacy

This policy explains how the Modern Condition Poster Studio app for iPhone, iPad and Mac handles information. The app is published by Modern Condition Art, operated by Auto Culture Society. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to contact@modernconditionart.com.

Information kept on your device

The app stores the information needed to run the studio locally, including poster and output preferences, complete copies of fonts you import, the export-allowance journal, Apple-verified purchase entitlement and—in the Mac app—a security-scoped bookmark for the output folder you choose.

Restore Studio settings returns design and output preferences to their defaults. It deliberately preserves imported fonts, exported artwork, the selected output-folder permission, purchase state and the export allowance. The reset screen explains this before you confirm it.

Your source images, phrases, custom fonts and generated posters are processed locally. Finished files are written only to the folder, Photos library or sharing destination you choose.

Information we receive

For the current digital-output release, Modern Condition Art does not receive your source artwork, poster text, imported fonts, generated files, selected output-folder path or local free-export count. The app has no account system and does not send us analytics, advertising identifiers or behavioural profiles.

When you contact support

If you email us, Auto Culture Society receives your email address, message and anything you choose to attach. Support may ask for your device model, operating-system and app versions, the exact error and the steps that produced it. Please do not send private source artwork unless it is necessary and you choose to share it.

We use support correspondence to answer your request, troubleshoot the app, protect the service and meet legal obligations. Our basis is providing support you request and our legitimate interest in operating a reliable app. Email providers process the message to deliver and store it. We keep correspondence only while it is reasonably needed for those purposes or a legal requirement, then delete or anonymise it.

Apple services

• App Store and StoreKit: Apple handles product availability, payment, receipts and refunds for Unlimited Lifetime Exports. The app reads Apple-verified product and entitlement information so it can display the localised price and unlock or restore the purchase. We do not receive or store your full payment details.
• Photos: if you choose Photos import or saving, Apple presents the system picker or permission prompt. The app requests add-only access when you explicitly save a finished poster.
• Files and folders: system pickers provide access only to files and output locations you select. On Mac, the app may retain a protected bookmark so it can reopen your chosen folder.
• Sharing: when you use Share, the file is passed to the service or person you select in Apple’s share sheet. That destination’s privacy terms then apply.

Apple handles these services under Apple’s Privacy Policy.

External links and fonts

The app can open Modern Condition Art policy pages and Google Fonts information in your browser after you choose the relevant link. It does not automatically upload your designs to those sites. If you follow an external link, that website’s privacy and cookie practices apply. This app-policy page uses system fonts and does not request Google Fonts when it loads.

Retention and your choices

You control the app’s local artwork and output files. You can remove generated files from their destination and revoke Photos access in system Settings. Files you deliberately save outside the app remain where you place them. Deleting the app on iPhone or iPad ordinarily removes its local app container; on Mac, moving the app to the Bin may leave its sandbox container until you remove that separately. Contact support if you need platform-specific removal instructions. Apple retains App Store transaction records under its own legal and account requirements.

Diagnostics

The app contains no third-party analytics or advertising SDK. Apple may provide Auto Culture Society with crash or diagnostic information when a device owner has chosen to share it with app developers. This can include device and OS information, app version, crash logs and performance details. We use it only to diagnose reliability problems and retain it only while needed for that work. Apple controls the original collection and sharing choice.

Your privacy rights

Auto Culture Society, trading as Modern Condition Art, is the controller for support correspondence and any optional Apple developer diagnostics it receives. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to our use of your personal information, and to complain to a data-protection authority. Email us to exercise a right. In the United Kingdom, the supervisory authority is the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Children

The app does not create user accounts, run targeted advertising or knowingly collect children’s personal information.

Changes

We may update this policy when the app or its services change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
