Modern Condition Art ("we", "us", "our"), operated by Auto Culture Society, runs the website at modernconditionart.com, sells art prints worldwide and publishes the Modern Condition Poster Studio app. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and what choices you have. Modern Condition Poster Studio

The current version of Modern Condition Poster Studio for iPhone, iPad and Mac is a digital-output app. It has no account system and does not send us your source artwork, poster text, imported fonts, generated files, selected output-folder path or local free-export count.

The app keeps the information needed to run the studio locally on your device. This can include poster and output preferences, imported fonts, the export-allowance journal, Apple-verified purchase entitlement and, on Mac, a protected bookmark for the output folder you select. Source images, phrases and custom fonts are processed locally. Finished posters are written only to the folder, Photos library or sharing destination you choose.

Poster Studio and Apple services

• App Store and StoreKit: Apple handles product availability, payment, receipts and refunds for Unlimited Lifetime Exports. The app reads Apple-verified product and entitlement information to display the localised price and unlock or restore the purchase. We do not receive or store your full payment details.
• Photos: if you choose Photos import or saving, Apple presents the system picker or permission prompt. The app requests add-only access only when you explicitly save a finished poster.
• Files and folders: system pickers provide access only to files and output locations you select. On Mac, the app may retain a protected bookmark so it can reopen your chosen folder.
• Sharing: when you use Share, the file is passed to the service or person you select in Apple's share sheet. That destination's privacy terms then apply.

Apple handles these services under Apple's Privacy Policy.

Poster Studio support and diagnostics

If you email us for support, we receive your email address, message and anything you choose to attach. Please do not send private source artwork unless it is necessary and you choose to share it. We use support correspondence to answer your request, troubleshoot the app, protect the service and meet legal obligations, and retain it only while reasonably needed for those purposes or a legal requirement.

The app contains no third-party analytics or advertising SDK. Apple may provide Auto Culture Society with crash or diagnostic information when a device owner has chosen to share it with app developers. This can include device and operating-system information, app version, crash logs and performance details. We use it only to diagnose reliability problems.

Poster Studio retention and choices

You control the app's local artwork and output files. You can remove generated files from their destination and revoke Photos access in system Settings. Files deliberately saved outside the app remain where you place them. Deleting the app on iPhone or iPad ordinarily removes its local app container; on Mac, moving the app to the Bin may leave its sandbox container until you remove that separately. Apple retains App Store transaction records under its own legal and account requirements.

The current release does not offer physical-print checkout, so the app does not collect an address, contact, payment or fulfilment information for printing.

Website and print shop

What we collect

• Information you give us: your name, email address, delivery address, and order details when you buy or get in touch.
• Payment information: handled securely by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.
• Information collected automatically: basic device, browser and usage data through cookies and analytics, so we can keep the site working and improve it.

How we use it

• To process and deliver your orders and provide customer support.
• To send order updates, and marketing only where you have opted in (you can unsubscribe at any time).
• To understand how the site is used and make it better.
• To meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Who we share it with

We share only what is needed with trusted partners who help us run the shop: our ecommerce and payment platform, our print and fulfilment partners, and delivery couriers. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Cookies

We use cookies for essential site functions, and (with your consent) for analytics and marketing. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Website fonts

Most website pages, including this policy page, request typography files from Google Fonts. When your browser makes that request, Google receives technical request information such as your IP address, browser details and the page referrer. Google handles that information under its Privacy Policy. The Poster Studio app itself does not automatically request Google Fonts.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, email contact@modernconditionart.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Data retention

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including legal and tax requirements, then delete or anonymise it.

Children

Our website and app are not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows when it last changed.
